ORDERS & SHIPPING
You will be charged at the time of checkout. When an order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation outlining the charges. If you do not receive a confirmation email but were charged, please contact us so that we can follow up on this for you.
All orders typically ship within 7-10 business days from the date placed unless stated otherwise in the product description. Our fulfillment warehouse is located in TX, and arrival time will vary depending on where your order is being shipped to.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for your link to update through the carrier. If you have not received an update after 15 (Domestic) or 20 (International) days, please contact us here with your order details so that we can look into this for you.
We currently ship to North America (US, Canada, Mexico), Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines), Europe (most countries), and Oceania (Australia, New Zealand).
To see if we ship to your country, we recommend adding an item to your cart and entering your shipping address. If we are unable to ship to your address, our system will not allow you to enter your payment details.
We charge a $15 flat rate for all orders within the US and offer free shipping on domestic orders with a subtotal of $200 or higher. For international orders, we offer a few different options depending on local taxes in our supported destinations, and these can be viewed at the time of checkout.
FOR UK CUSTOMERS, YOU MUST PAY VAT AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT.
FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL LOCAL CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner's Club credit cards as well as Paypal and Afterpay.
All prices are listed in US Dollars.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit the address or modify the items in the order. Please make sure all of your information is correct before placing your order. If you have any questions, reach out to us on our contact form.
We will email you the tracking number for your package once it leaves our warehouse.
Please be aware that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU) and that you, the customer, are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, and/or duties. This applies to all orders that ship outside of the United States, however the exact amount will depend on your country. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate or pay these fees on the customer’s behalf and they are not included within the shipping fee. The customer is responsible for all fees and taxes. We are unable to provide an estimate of these fees at checkout.
If your package has been returned to sender, we are unable to reship any returned packages at this time. If you think your package has been returned to sender, let us know by submitting a ticket using our contact form.
Please note that Elite Clan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping packages to secure locations that have someone available to receive the package.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" or shows a final scan, we are unable to file lost in transit claims or offer refunds.
If you have not seen an update to your tracking after 15 (Domestic) or 20 (International) consecutive days, please contact submit a ticket using our contact form.
International delivery times can take up to 14 business days or longer depending on the shipping location. Additionally, all orders will need to pass local customs inspection. We are unable to provide an estimate for how long this process will take and have no way to reduce that amount of time. If after 20 consecutive days your package still has yet to arrive, please call your local post office and ask if they are holding it for any reason. If not, please email us with your order number and brief message to check status.
If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered outside of the US, but you are still awaiting delivery; please call your local post office to see if it's being held there (we've noticed this happens on occasion).
For higher priced items, we may require signature upon delivery. This will be noted on the product page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact customer support at contact@eliteclan.org. We do not provide credit unless otherwise specified.
Once an order has been placed, we do not allow cancellations. All orders are final.
If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, reach out to us on our contact form. Photos of the damage/defect or the incorrect item, as well as your order number, will be required. Please note: You must notify us within 21 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges for any purchased items. Due to the limited nature of products, we do not have inventory for size exchanges. Please double-check our sizing and garment details prior to ordering. If you received a different product than ordered, please contact us for assistance.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
INSTALLMENTS ON AFTERPAY
When checking out with Afterpay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Afterpay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.
Afterpay installments are available when checking out with a debit or credit card.
Choosing Afterpay installments at the time of checkout will not impact your order’s processing time, and active installment plans do not require completion before an order is fulfilled. The only exception to this is any item marked as a preorder, which will ship within the timeline stated on the individual product page.
Purchases between $50-1,000 of any product with the Afterpay Installments option on the checkout page can be purchased using this payment method.
Eligibility for and approval of Afterpay Installments is managed solely by Afterpay. Elite Clan has no control over this process, but you should receive an email from Afterpay detailing why your payment was rejected.
If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
No, if you choose to pay in installments through Afterpay, there will be no impact to your credit score. Afterpay will not report to credit bureaus.
